Prospect Lake Merch Owner, 06/21 - 09/21, Creating my own clothing line was a huge learning curve for me. I had this dream of having my own business for many years, and I was very excited to prove everyone who didn't believe in me wrong! I had meetings with many clothing lines to make sure I was getting the very best products for my business. This taught me perseverance because it took many tries before finding the perfect supplier for me. Designing the logo/pamphlets for my business and advertising using social media platforms was definitely one of my favorite parts. I used my prior knowledge of design software from my media arts course. These technology skills benefited me in designing my logo. This experience taught me time management, and communication skills because I was working with both my customers and my chosen clothing supplier. I look forward to growing and expanding my business in the near future.
