Run competitive shop weekly to ensure a positive position in the market share (OTA’s).
Update rates as necessary and open discounts if needed to drive occupancy and a profitable ADR for the company.
Complete a 13month forecast/projection for the site based on owner, marketing, Destination Points and rental.
At month end provide a critique to leadership as to how the sites(s) finished.
Provide the sites with a room’s maintenance/refurb schedule for the year.
Maintain a good relationship between myself, sales office, front office and Owner Services, in order to provide the best service available to our guests.
Started as front desk agent in 2000, 10 months later moved to rooms controller, following year moved to reservations office managing groups etc. 2005 transferred to MVCI as a revenue coordinator. Promoted to assistant revenue manager in 2007, position I’m still holding as of today.
