"Since July 2023, I have been serving in the Department of Pathology at Xavier University School of Medicine (XUSOM), Aruba, Netherlands Caribbean, initially as an Associate Professor, and recently promoted to the rank of Professor. Prior to this appointment, I served as a Teaching Fellow in the Department of Pathology at St. George’s University, Grenada, beginning in 2022."
My responsibilities include teaching pathology to undergraduate medical students, preparing USMLE-style multiple-choice questions, conducting assessments, and developing comprehensive study materials. I am actively involved in designing course objectives aligned with USMLE guidelines and facilitating interactive teaching methods such as Team-Based Learning (TBL) and Problem-Based Learning (PBL).
