Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee organization’s financial operations, including accounts receivable and banking transactions.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Manage year-end closing process, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.

• Assist in organizing and structuring their accounting department
• Currently handling all restaurant and rooms revenue.

• Handles all Finance aspect for this startup company and all other company documentations.

• All around person for Executive Management and Finance
• Assisted Sales department with Sales and Contracts and all the information needed for compliance.

• Handles the Finance department; All Payable's / Receivables Monthly reporting, Cash flow overview.

• Administration for the Owners office of The Ritz Carlton Aruba
• All Payable's / Receivables, Comply with monthly and quarterly requirements, Quarterly Certification and yearly Financial Statement.

• Overlooking of the Accounts Receivable; Aging, Collection Daily Sales interface, Count of Vending, over/short Drivers, and Cashiers
• Fixed Assets; All Assets and equipment.

• Generates and review Financial Reports for the Cooperative Association and the Ancillary for the Aruba Ocean Club and the Aruba Surf Club.

• Prepare yearend financial reports.
